The Viennese elegance is celebrating a fulminant comeback on the world-famous Ringstraße: at Florian Weitzer’s Grand Ferdinand.

Task

Florian Weitzer is a hotelier with a vision. With his meanwhile fifth hotel, he has proven it once again – directly on Vienna’s Ringstraße. Tying in with an era where nothing was more important than the good life itself, he has given an architectural gem from the 1950s a historically Viennese touch and shaped it into his Grand Ferdinand. Freed from forced flashbacks and modeled after the ideal of Florian Weitzer, Grand Ferdinand celebrates tradition by moving forward, not by looking back. And thereby especially commemorates the good life anno now.

Solution

Furnished and endowed with designer pieces from Lobmeyr, Gubi, Augarten Porzellan, or the Wiener Silber Manufactur and an exclusive club including a rooftop pool, the new hotel meets only the highest expectations. moodley brand identity carried on this graceful approach in the positioning and branding process – with individuality as the primary premise, a touch of Viennese charm and a deeply Austrian claim: Blessed with beauty.
