New ways to live.

What is luxury? NEUEVILLEN XIX - 14 villas newly interpreted by Swietelsky Developments GmbH. They prove that living in a beautiful mansion is both possible and affordable – in one of the best locations in Vienna.

Task

14 villas with 157 apartments have emerged in two exclusive areas, each of around 10000 square meters. Together with a suitable name, a contemporary brand appearance should now be created for the ambitious, high-end project.

Solution

After the successful brand positioning and the resulting name, moodley developed a visual appearance that perfectly aligns the architecture and spaces with the branding concept through various channels. The neighborhood served as inspiration for the project: The view onto the Kahlenberg and the impressive town houses – face to face with the lively open-heartedness of the city.
